These are my shoes. They were pretty easy to draw, and I really enjoyed doing them. I'm not sure why, but I love Converse All Stars. I love to draw them, I love to wear them. They are so awesome!

Pointillism

After trying pointillism, I fount it very addicting. The only downer is how long they take to do! I'm usually a very impatient person, but I found this to be an exception. How they turn out is totally worth it, though. Of course they're not as good as "A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte" by Georges Seurat, but I found them fun and relatively easy to do.

Avamire the Unicorn

This is one of many unicorns I've tried to draw. I've dubbed it 'Avamire' for a cool location that I found in a book about unicorns. I'm a bit too old for this but they are really fun to draw and shade, while not being as common as a horse. This unicorn happens to be white, which is why only the necessary shading is done to make it look as realistic as possible. I'm welcome to any tips or advice; please comment if you have something to say.

My first art blog

I apologize that the image isn't the best; my scanner isn't the greatest. This is my first and only drawing of a White Tiger. I usally use pencils for my art, as I did now. Doing the leaves was no easy or fast work, and I had to darken the backgound more than once. I've been attending an art class for a while, and have been learning about shading and shadowing. If you have any comments or tips on how to make my art better, by all means, please tell me; I'd love to hear your comments.
